Day 1
Arrival & Cultural Introduction (Ubud or Sidemen)

Day 4
Sacred Water Purification Ritual (Melukat)
- Guided explanation of sacred water temples in Bali
- Participate in a melukat ceremony at a holy spring temple
- Dialogue on cleansing, gratitude, and spiritual connection
- Evening circle and creative expression (e.g., journaling or drawing)
Outcome: Students engage in spiritual rituals and reflect on inner
purification.
Day 5
Yoga, Breathwork & Mindful Living
- Full-day yoga and breathwork immersion with experienced instructor
- Topics: foundations of yoga, pranayama, meditation, and self-awareness
- Digital detox and nature walk
- Evening wellness talk: Balance in modern life
Outcome: Students develop body awareness and self-regulation tools.
Day 6
Temple Pilgrimage & Balinese Offerings
- Visit to a sacred temple complex (e.g., Besakih, Tirta Empul, or Gunung Kawi)
- Learn to make traditional offerings (canang) and understand their spiritual symbolism
- Participate in temple rituals alongside local community

Nature, Silence & Inner Wisdom
- Guided silent walk through rice fields or forest retreat

Day 9
Designing Your Wellness Path
- Workshop: Integrating wellness into life
- personal and community practices
- Create a personal wellness blueprint (goals, rituals, and practices)
- Present ideas to the group
- Closing fire ceremony and cultural farewell dinner
Outcome: Students reflect, synthesize, and design their own wellness
journey.

Gratitude & Departure
- Sunrise meditation or gentle yoga
